From now on please log all new customer service cases in My Account. You will be able to see all current open and new cases in My Account but no historical ones.
If you need to access historical cases, you can still view them in MyMLS over the next month or so, however if you would like a permanent record before MyMLS is decommissioned please request a copy of your historical cases from the service desk.
