We appreciate that educators and anyone involved in daily school life and the running of the library will, no doubt, be short on time and that when you need help or information from us, you need an easy and simple way to get it.
With this in mind, we’re introducing all our customers to My Account and bidding farewell to the MyMLS service portal which closed on the 15th March.
My Account is more intuitive, has even better functionality and contains all the latest product news, helpful documentation and downloadable resources.
When it comes to contacting our customer services team, logging a service desk ticket is simple and you can track the progress of your ticket and keep in touch with us, all within My Account.
You can also find details of our upcoming events on My Account, book your place at any of our regional user groups directly and join our users' community to share advice and tips.
Registering for My Account is simple:
If you’re not already registered for My Account you get do so here and you’ll have access within just a couple of days.
Accessing My Account:
Once you have received your log in details from us simply log in here.
There’s some useful information on getting started here and please take a look at the Quick Start Guide once you're logged in to find out how to get the most out of My Account.
There’s also a handy “How to” section for help and guidance and we recommend all our customers sign up to the Capita Reading Cloud: Service Status Page from within Notifications to receive updates from us on any issues.
Peters Books and your exclusive discount:
You can access Peters Books in the usual way once you’re logged in to Reading Cloud and don’t forget, as a Reading Cloud customer, you are entitled to a huge 27% discount on hundreds of wonderful titles from Peters!
