Customer Resource Hub
The Customer Resource Hub is a dedicated area within our software Support Portal (no log in required) created to help Reading Cloud Schools make the best use of their library system and it includes a range of useful resources including "how to" videos, themed webinars and guidance documents and downloads.
The resource hub includes links to all the recorded customer webinars and accompanying handouts as well.

ServiceNow is our customer service portal where you can manage customer service cases, access the latest product updates, helpful documentation and downloadable resources.
